1. Digital Products

NovaLearn provides digital educational courses and online learning programs. All courses are delivered in digital format, and access is granted immediately after successful payment.

2. No Refund After Access

Once a course is purchased and access is provided, no refund will be applicable, as the digital content is considered delivered.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by the user
• Technical error where payment is deducted but course access is not provided

In such cases, users must contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Cancellation

Users cannot cancel a course purchase once access has been granted.
